Michael LoColle-Personal Trainer

My training philosophy is built on one core belief: real change starts from the ground up. With over 15 years of experience in personal transformation, I help clients move better, feel stronger, and build a body that works for them—not against them.
I specialize in functional strength training, mobility, and body mechanics to help you correct imbalances, prevent injury, and improve everyday performance—whether you’re in the gym, at work, or chasing your kids around. My sessions combine movement-based training, stretch therapy, and performance-focused strategies tailored to your individual goals.
This isn’t about quick fixes or extreme programs. It’s about building lasting strength, increasing energy, and creating a body that supports the life you want to live. Whether you're getting back into shape or looking to take your performance to the next level, I’ll meet you where you’re at—and push you to become your best.
There's nothing more rewarding than seeing a client move with confidence, regain control over their health, and realize just how powerful their body can become.
